Rooms are offered furnished or not with additional storage available in carport.
All utilities included as well as a wall mounted smart tv with movie channels, washer/dryer ,private bath.
This home would be shared with just myself, a work from home artist so I am looking for someone that works mainly outside the home.
Everything else in home is shared, kitchen, yards, living room and decks.
Please no smokers or excessive drinking.
I have a little dog and would be open to discussing another dog but not cats, sorry.
