*Position Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to join our team, focusing on acquiring new accounts in the scrap and CEW sectors.
As a specialist in waste management, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our comprehensive recycling solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to environmental sustainability while driving business success.
*Responsibilities:* * Identify and target potential clients in industries generating scrap materials and consumer electronic waste.
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with sustainability goals.
* Present company capabilities and value propositions to clients through engaging presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business opportunities.
* Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates using CRM software.
* Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to scrap and electronic waste recycling.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or equivalent experience in related field.
* Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the waste management or recycling industry.
* Strong understanding of scrap materials and consumer electronic waste streams, as well as recycling processes.
