JOB PURPOSE
Under direct supervision, the Marketing Automations Administrator is responsible for daily coordination, tracking and analysis of the marketing technology stack.
Supports the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence.
Collects and analyzes online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.

Assists the Director of Marketing with development and implementation of the Credit Union’s market positioning plan.
Conducts research of competitors’ services and products with that of the Credit Union, and analyze membership base product and service usage as directed.
Takes a lead role in development, implementation, coordination, tracking and analysis of internal and external marketing campaigns.
Make recommendations on marketing procedures, policies, promotions, products and services to the Director of Marketing.
Provide support for the information and analytical needs of Marketing through data mining, profiling, targeting/segmentation, statistical measurements, list generation, report generation and response tracking Responsible for data extraction, manipulation and aggregation to facilitate a flexible reporting environment to assist leadership in the development of future strategies Defines requirements, creates reporting templates and manages the delivery of a wide range of consumer insight analytics in a dynamic environment while consistently seeking to optimize data queries Understands key objectives and assesses actionable data insights of the analytics request to support the marketing team Provides insights to Marketing to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts Manage and maintain marketing technology platforms, including marketing automation, Member Data Platform, Marketing Automation, CRM, and analytics tools Builds, manages, optimizes, monitors, evaluates, and evolves multiple campaigns to relevant targeted audience segments on an ongoing basis.
Creates and manages lead scoring and lead nurturing programs to increase lead conversion rates Manage and maintain the member database, including identifying target audiences for campaigns and segmenting the audience accordingly Monitor and report on campaign metrics to recognize user patterns and trends to help formulate effective marketing techniques Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing technology stack Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to email marketing and marketing operations Ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry regulations and company policies Perform other duties as needed upon request SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS ALL EMPLOYEES MUST QUALIFY FOR AND MAINTAIN A FIDELITY BOND Three years’ experience in marketing is required.
4-year college degree in marketing or comparable field required is strongly preferred.
Equivalent experienced, or combination of education and experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
Working knowledge of marketing automation software, Office 365 suite, Windows, Power point, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads platform, CTV/OTT, and Meta.
Power BI preferred.
Must have general knowledge of Credit Union industry, customer service, sales and marketing and ability to instruct others is helpful.
Ability to communicate effectively with Credit Union personnel and the public is preferred.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES Effective organizational and communication skills.
Must be able to operate all basic office equipment and must be PC proficient with Windows applications.
Knowledge of software applications in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and manage time well.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, members and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to compute percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
