Digital Content Specialist 2 Salary Range: $35.

Working under the direction of Marketing Management, the Digital Content Specialist 2 will take the lead with the coordination and execution of the company’s online marketing efforts, including (but not limited to) maintaining content of customer facing websites: microsites, web pages, images, files, product pages, promotions, and keeping all product content and resources updated.
With minimal direction, will take direct ownership of content development for the website, email marketing platform, social media and strategizes optimal deployment of content (such as platform, audience, and timing).
This role will be directly accountable for engagement, retention and growing of our corporate CRM database audience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Implements, oversees and takes ownership of all email marketing activities Optimizing email campaigns through automation Creating and formatting email and landing page templates Coordinates and assists with the technical integrations for content marketing Gather key business and user insights and apply strategic planning to create a long-term vision for generated content A firm understanding of user experience, search engine optimization and search engine marketing Superior project management and collaboration skills Create and maintain editorial calendars Monitor engagement and analyze data from social media, email, and website performance.
Provides recommendations, and actions to increase effectiveness of current and prospective digital marketing campaigns Engage audience on social media channels as needed, providing information and connecting audience to appropriate parties and monitor multiple social media channels for brand and related news/content/comments.
Keeping up to date with industry and digital marketing best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites in addition to updating all sections of the website including homepage and all other categories.
Researches, writes and presents content in ways that appeal to targeted audiences across a spectrum of digital media channels.
Developing long-term messaging strategies, identifying goals and expected key performance indicators.
