As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships.
Youll work as a member of a sales team focused on providing insurance that helps customers protect their homes, cars, retirement income and live a good life.
As an insurance sales professional, you will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Health Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Responsibilities Outbound Sales Producer Prospect and write new P&C policies outside the book of business Look for new opportunities from outside networking and outbound marketing Cultivates referrals from own network (Friends, Realtors, etc.
) Understands and implements pipeline management within CRM for follow-up Understands and follows Allstate compliance guidelines Ensures all documents are received and signed Maintains knowledge of new products Handles minimal inbound calls from own customers Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions Maintain positive attitude and willing to learn/improve Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Create relationships from a cold start.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Prior Sales Experience.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
