Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to support marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging content
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing
- Drive Consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence and explore new ways to reach and engage our target buyers
- Run Social Media Accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Is comfortable on camera for content creation
- Is proficient in photography and editing (using Adobe Suites Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.
)
- Will oversee E-commerce and work with E-commerce specialist
- Will create monthly Google ads and Billboard campaigns with the digital marketing team
- Plan quarterly events in the house
- Make email campaigns with mailchimp
Experience:
-Degree in Business Marketing or a Relative Field
- 1-3 years of previous marketing experience
-Graphic design experience is a plus!
- Proven experience as a Creative Manager or social media manager
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in market research and analysis- Knowledge of marketing automation tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to create content for all platforms
