This is more than just a boiler room sales job and you will be expected to be more than just another greasy salesperson.
This is a unique opportunity to develop yourself as an industry expert consultant.
Some experience is required, but you will be mentored by professionals.
The ideal candidate will have: - A high level of integrity and a great work ethic.
- At least one year in the solar industry, preferably more.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Some experience in the construction industry.
- At least one year of sales experience, preferably more.
- Excellent foundational math skills (not "quant" level skills but math must be strong enough for construction and finance.
) - Ability to learn software and use technology.
- Team player mentality.
Job description: You will start out with hourly compensation.
Your duties will be: - Qualifying leads over the phone - Modeling solar arrays and energy production - Assisting in creating proposals - Performing site inspections.
As your competency grows, you will transition to a sales position with a greater level of autonomy and a base salary plus commission.
