*Responsibilities*: * Building good rapport with customers in person and via telephone.
* Promptly assessing customer needs in a positive, friendly matter.
* Answering product questions with up to date knowledge of product specs, store promotions and sales.
* Have a good understanding of our products and services.
* Working towards achieving sales goals, and being open on improving and/or developing sales techniques.
* Troubleshooting device technical issues.
* Applying excellent customer service skills to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
* Entering sales reports into database, ensuring individual accuracy and consistency.
* Inventory management.
* Set up visual displays in accordance to marketing guidelines.
* Maintaining 100% on training courses.
* Maintaining a clean, organized work station and sales floor at all times.
*Qualification*: * Organized and detail-oriented.
* Ability to work collaboratively with others AND work independently with little oversight.
* Knowledgeable in office computer software.
* Ability to multitask! *Compensation: Hourly + Commission* Experience & Education: No experience needed, we are willing to train the right person.
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred: Retail sales and cash handling experience; an attention to detail along with customer service, communication, computer and software skills.
