Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Upsell products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to sell products and upsell to increase sales revenue - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus - Familiarity with POS systems is an asset - Experience in jewelry sales is desirable As a Seasonal Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
