Busy insurance office seeking agency producer/sales.
The candidate will be an integral part of our successful team supporting our agency with providing proposals to new and existing clients.
You must be comfortable on the phones with a friendly I can do attitude.

Primary role of the Account Executive is to support agency growth through the marketing and selling of Insurance products through the Farmers Insurance brand and our other carriers while also providing assistance with service changes, cross sell for new and existing clients.
Meets the production requirements and goals.

Marketing
X-dating / Prospecting
Contacting prospective clients
Evaluating client's current coverages
Generating client proposals
Making client presentations
Managing a daily sales funnel (Sales Force)
Day-to-day client servicing (most done by CSR)
Securing required documents, applications upon binding
Requirements
High School Diploma
Must have sales experience
Must have insurance licenses (Property/Casualty)
Life license a plus!
Comfortable with technology
Looking for an extremely detail-oriented person, has multi-task ability, self-starter, and eager to always be learning more.
Able to work under fast paced environment for very busy office.
Mature, self-confident demeanor, and professional office demeanor.
Not afraid to handle issues as they come at you, not afraid to ask questions, think outside the box to help resolve and find answers.
Enjoys to handle details and is great at figuring things out.
Has good intuition and common sense.
Good customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor, making clients feel comfortable is imperative.
Great communication skills; written and oral.
Able to recall details of day-to-day tasks
The ability to detect discrepancies and variances in wording, grammar, spelling and numbers.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain focused with excellent follow through
