* Ventura Harley-Davidson is currently searching for experienced, high functioning, working Sales and F&I Manager candidates with drive to push Volume and F&I Sales, while consistently managing staff productivity and training, and Inventory Management.
*JOB DESCRIPTION*
* *Continue developing the Sales Department through existing processes and procedures, with the focus on increasing volume and F&I Sales.
*
* Manage up to 9 staff members in the Sales Department through daily productivity tracking, training, huddles, etc.
* Push Unit Sale performance in the Sales Department forward
* Meet or exceed the Gross Profit, F&I Average, and CXI Goals set by Management.
* Ability to produce growth within the Department (Sales, Personnel, Techniques), and ensure all processes and procedures put in place are followed.
* Complete inventory management of new and used motorcycles (aging, pricing, etc)
* Maximize productivity of each Sales staff member to adequately manage the customer experience for each potential buyer.
* Ensure all tasks are completed with Motorcycle Sales in mind.
Training, strategizing, and daily completion of tasks should be focused on Vehicle Sales.
* Consistently meet or exceed Management-set goals for Gross Profit Margin per unit, Average F&I per unit, and CXI goals.
* Pencil all Deals, Present Menus in ASM absence, and Paper Deals in ASM / Contract Agent absence.
* Prepare and execute sales deals and F&I Paperwork according to company procedures.
Maintain the ability to complete an entire sale from first pencil to final signatures alone, in an efficient manner.
Offer 100% of the Product to 100% of the Customers 100% of the time.
Verify that all lender requirements are met with 100% Compliance.
* Promote teambuilding and training within the department to create a more effective Sales Force.
Guide and train staff to encourage growth within the department.
* Manage Sales Staff use of the CRM.
Allocate appropriate time for each Sales Staff member to be on the floor, and in the BDC.
* Manage and anticipate staffing challenges, and be prepared for changes outside of your control.
Cross train employees, and manage the hiring process with General Manager of new Sales employees when needed.
* Analyze current market conditions in conjunction with inventory planning to ensure adequate inventory and mix to meet each month’s budget.
Develop and implement strategies to better meet customer and dealership needs.
* Manage inventory from motorcycle ordering and dealer trade suggestions to General Manager, to accessorizing and pricing, and hang tags and vehicle organization.
The Department relies on properly stocked, priced, and displayed motorcycles on the showroom floor.
* Maintain the dealership website by making sure all current units are loaded into the appropriate pages with correct pricing.
Work with the Marketing Manager to Upload High Quality Pictures of each Motorcycle onto the website appropriately displaying all of the features and benefits of each unit.
* Collaborate with Dealer Principal/General Manager and Marketing Manager to create advertising campaigns that will boost sales, clear out old inventory, etc while remaining compliant with all MAP rules.
* Work with the General Manager to develop financial goals / budgets for the department, and monitor pace to meet or exceed those goals.
* Lead by example when dealing with any customers or employees.
Encourage excellent communication, and customer service, and step in to assist Sales staff with moving the sale forward when necessary.
* Consult with General Manager to develop action plans to correct performance, or re-direct the department to meet monthly goals if necessary.
* Assist with store opening and closing responsibilities, with the understanding that this position is not a Monday – Friday 8am-6pm position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.
