Key Responsibilities/ Duties: Responsible for providing excellent Client services to all assigned Clients which is measured in the team and individual scorecard dashboards.
Perform successful negotiations for competitive solution renewals and proposals highlighting Meriplex strategy of mutual business value.
Proactively performing multiple Client outreach and sales activities with an understanding that the majority of your time will be spent in front of Clients; face-to-face or virtually.
Utilize CRM to provide accurate, timely, and detailed forecast funnel of opportunities to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Interact with key stakeholders to ensure renewal and/or drive new sales through contract signature.
Build and maintain rapport and trust within the organization through frequent communication, responsive ownership of deliverables, and respect for colleagues.
Develop and maintain a high level of working knowledge about Meriplex products, services, and solutions.
Actively participate in training sessions targeted at the sales team.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors: Hunger to meet and exceed your goals through strategic planning and superior relationship management.
Maintain Salesforce.
com regarding all open business opportunities, consistent communication with your sales leaders about what help you need and overall updates on the business in your territory.
Solid experience with common sales productivity technologies such as Salesforce, marketing tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
) Comfortable with highly visible opportunity/funnel management and closed opportunities scorecard dashboards.
Proactive nature to develop business opportunities independently.
Proficient at handling escalated and/or elevated Client negotiations with professionalism.
Education/ Experience: 7+ years of B2B sales experience required.
3+ years of WAN, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Unified Communications network and consulting sales experience required.
Selling experience should primarily include experience selling to IT/Finance/Operation executives, with Managed Services experience a plus.
Knowledge of various IT sales and business solutions involving: Intelligent Networks (WAN), Managed Security Services, Managed Services, Unified Communications as a Service, Hardware, Cloud and Disaster Recovery Services, Professional Services - all preferred.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college preferred.
Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field highly preferred but not required.

Current Pay Range: $70,000-$75,000 Annually, plus commission Physical Demands: Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
