How you will make an impact:
Meissner is looking for an onsite (5 days/week) Digital Marketing Technologist who has sharpened their Web Development and Design skills and expertise to create, maintain, and optimize websites.
This UX-minded developer will be familiar with WordPress (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP), and will also enjoy dabbling in web design!
Candidates should be able to execute ideas that translate B2B goals and marketing strategy into emotionally appealing website messaging, email campaigns, and other mass media.
This position will be responsible for driving the company’s digital marketing efforts, including adoption of current trends and implementation of new technologies to brand, promote and shape market perceptions of Meissner products and services.
Design/Implement/Maintain Meissner’s multi-lingual website, including functional enhancements, incorporating SEO, and new visually captivating technologies/trends using Google Analytics (GA4) and KPIs to monitor and improve its performance.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that is scalable and easy to maintain.
Create designs, utilizing copy and graphics, to communicate effective marketing messages through contemporary technology tools.
Create artistic layouts independently under general supervision.
Support and collaborate with design and cross functional team members, ensuring consistent branding and adherence to graphic standards.
The skills and experience you’ll need:
Expertise with WordPress content management system (CMS).
This position requires a BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, or Interactive Arts or a related field and/or relevant work experience.
10+ years of corporate style/graphic design/Web development and digital marketing/Technology implementation in either Marketing or IT.
Mastery of Adobe's Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Professional, Bridge, & video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), etc.
Ability to create original designs from a conceptual direction.

US BASE PAY SCALE $116,700 - $139,100
The base pay scale for this role is what Meissner reasonably expects to pay for the position although actual pay may vary from this scale depending on an applicant's experience.
