We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager/Business Development.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth of our company through the development of new and existing accounts.
This position is an in-office position based out of our Woodland Hills, California HQ.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, customer success and/or account management, preferably in the financial services or tech industry;
Experience in fintech, consumer credit marketing, and credit and lending customer acquisition and originations;
Experience in B2C and B2B2C businesses, particularly in the digital consumer space;
Proven track record of successful business development and account management, with a focus on driving revenue and value for the company;
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute on plans and quotas;
Bachelor's degree in related field required;
Experience working at a financial services lead generation company is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a strategy to increase market share and drive sales revenue through new client acquisition;
Analyze data to identify gaps and recommend solutions to meet client needs;
Drive performance excellence and client satisfaction to ensure repeat business and account growth;
Collaborate with internal and external teams and stakeholders to meet or exceed organizational goals;
Foster relationships with key client contacts;
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for the company to leverage them.
