Overview
The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure.
We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:
The Community Relations Liaison (CRL) is the conduit in coordinating agents, brokers, physicians, and their assigned physician network to promote relationships with these entities in a trusted alliance formed between health plan, physician, and network throughout the year.
To foster collaboration during open enrollment, special enrollment, transitioning 65, and annual enrollment period by attending and participating with individual health plans and during events designed to provide resources regarding Medicare Advantage plans.
The Community Relations Liaison (CRL) attends community outreach events at senior centers, adult daycares, skilled nursing facilities, and independent living establishments delivering education of network membership benefits.
Strategic planning is essential in preparation during enrollment period for marketing, advertising, and partnering with internal marketing on external platforms.
All advertising is coordinated by the CRL partnering with internal marketing and approved by executive leadership.
The CRL has knowledge and understanding of health plan benefits and formulary drug plans which is necessary during health, senior and wellness fairs, and office visits as a resource for patient advocacy, guidance, and referrals to appropriate health plan options.
The CRL has a clear understanding of contractual responsibilities and will make recommendations on philosophy, procedure and goals as set forth by Dignity Health / CommonSpirit.
Brokers and agents are the first line of contact with PCP to drive new and existing enrollment.
The CRL ensures and fosters a trusted relationship with agent’s brokers, physicians, and community, ensuring favorable outcomes matching patient enrollment needs.
The CRL procures necessary relationships.
The CRL and physicians partner together in good faith to initiate new business and to support and retain existing business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing and/or sales required.
Proven success in direct marketing/sales and/or outreach.
Experience presenting in public settings to diverse groups of individuals.
- Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and/or additional job related (marketing, business, healthcare administration) experience in lieu of the degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or health insurance marketing or sales preferred.
