About The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media / Community Manager to join our marketing team.
This role is at the heart of our storytelling engineI and is perfect for someone passionate about building and nurturing online communities.
You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content that brings our narrative strategy to life, engaging with our audience across platforms, and fostering a vibrant, inclusive space for AI enthusiasts, developers, and researchers alike.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with our client's brand identity, goals, and mission.
Create engaging, informative, and inspirational content across for our blog and social media platforms (including X, Medium, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube) to grow our audience and drive engagement.
Monitor, moderate, and engage in discussions within our online communities, providing support and fostering a positive environment.
Includes X, Discord and Telegram.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to launch campaigns and initiatives that promote offerings and values.
Analyze social media metrics and community feedback to inform content strategies and improve engagement.
Stay abreast of AI industry trends, news, and discussions, ensuring our client remains a thought leader and contributor in relevant conversations.
Organize and coordinate online events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, Spaces and other community-building activities.
Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to expand our reach and impact.
What they are looking for:
3+ years of experience in social media management or community engagement, preferably in web3 and AI;
Track record of building communities from the ground up and rapidly scaling a social media following;
Strong understanding of web3, AI, and the technology landscape.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience;
High-agency person who isn’t afraid to take the initiative;
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Experience with social media analytics and tools;
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Reliable and organized;
Low-ego personality who doesn’t mind fast-paced environments where ambiguity is a way of life - startup experience a plus.
Passion for AI technology and its potential to make a positive impact on the world.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
The salary range: $80,000 - $140,000
