*As our company continues to grow quickly, we are in search of a social media strategist who is self-motivated to take our content creation strategy to the next level with their creative expertise.
We are looking for someone who would use strategy to direct our team in all aspects of content creation, from idea generation, to filming, editing, and posting.

*The ideal Social Media Strategist would be someone who enjoys consuming/analyzing social media content constantly and has a self-driven, creative mindset to apply strategy towards a growing company with a large social media presence.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Play a lead role in managing our social media platforms and directing our content creation team with the goal of growing our social media presence and driving customer acquisition.
* Direct the filming, editing, and posting of video content on social media platforms: Instagram, Tiktok, and YouTube videos and Youtube Shorts
* Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, retention and conversion rates
* Use a creative mindset in order to generate new innovative ideas for content creation daily while prioritize alignment with company values
* Monitor video analytics daily to gauge viewership and overall quality, be able to adjust strategy as needed.
* Research into popular content and develop understanding for our audience in order to create cultural connections and stay relevant in the industry
* Write compelling and effective scripts for videos, ensuring clear messaging, storytelling, and call-to-actions.

* Has a passion for consuming short and long form social media content and stays up to date with the industry’s trends and pop culture
