Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Office administration Assistant Rothstein Insurance Services Inc is seeking an office admin assistant/Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The selected employee will assist our sales team with cross selling, customer correspondence & billing information as well as general assistance our office administration staff duties.
Specific Responsibilities * Primarily responsible for handling and servicing business & personal accounts, cross selling, and developing and perpetuating a loyal customer base by providing excellent customer service.
* Assist with new & renewal business correspondence.
* Assist with management of account expiration list to ensure renewals are processed timely.
* Maintains and updates a transactional filing system for accounts.
* Conducts business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
* Keeps informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives.
Qualifications * Experience with customer service on small business accounts.
* Thorough knowledge of commercial lines coverages and markets.
* Experience Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Department: Office Administration Preferred: Property & Casualty License in good standing.
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience Required Travel: No Travel Required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.
