*About the Position:*
AG Millworks is seeking a full-time creative and versatile Marketing Manager in a fast-paced, small company environment located in Ventura, California.
We are seeking a candidate who can manage marketing initiatives and use market research to direct marketing strategies and planning.
To be successful, this candidate will need experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and who will be able to build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
_*Responsibilities include:*_
· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
· Research and analyze customers’ insights, market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form successful marketing strategies
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
· Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
· Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
· Manage the coordination of photoshoot initiatives with external photographers and client homeowners
· Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
· Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
· Communicate effectively with all team members including, but not limited to Sales Representatives, Graphic Designer and outside Dealers
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the preparation and success of long- and short-term marketing plans and policies.
· Ensure marketing programs and product information aligns across all internal/external channels and communication activities.
· Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product
· Track all marketing and sales data and create detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
· Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior staff about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
