Outside Marketing Representative Employment: Temporary, Part Time Hours Location: Ventura, CA RowCal is a leading Homeowners' Association (HOA) Management Company serving communities with The Smarter Way to HOA in Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and California.

This role is a temporary part-time position.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter that can thrive on working alone with a remote support team.
As an Outside Marketing Representative at RowCal, you will be responsible for cold outreach to prospects to share marketing collateral and basic information about our company and services.
No sales experience or sales goals are required for this position.

Schedule • Choose your own hours between the hours of 9am-7pm • 20-25 hours weekly commitment • Minimum 4 hour shifts • Day shift • Evening shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed • Will be driving at least 50% of the time using personal vehicle Responsibilities • Using company-provided technology solutions to track daily activities • Driving assigned routes to targeted stops around the Ventura CA market (Mileage and toll reimbursement) • Delivering company marketing collateral directly to pre-assigned residence occupants • Sharing brief information and answering basic questions related to company's services • Daily communication & updates with direct supervisor Compensation • Competitive hourly rate • Travel reimbursement at standard IRS rate/mile Desired Experience • Sales or Customer Service experience • Door-to-door sales experience a plus • Delivery, ride-share, or other driving experience a plus Qualifications • Valid Drivers license and good driving background • Excellent verbal communication skills • Outgoing "people" person • Self motivated and organized • Strong work ethic and commitment • Basic ability to use computer and mobile applications • Daily access to a reliable vehicle • Ability to achieve goals & quotas RowCal is an EOE meaning we provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity, results of genetic testing, military or veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by law.
