We are a tight knit team with a strong creative spirit, looking to bring on a team member that can grow with the company as well as help us stay on track with payroll, books, bills, vendor orders, and scheduling.

Experience

* Construction industry experience is preferred.
* Prior office management experience preferred.
* College Degree preferred or commensurate amount of experience.
* Proficient in Quickbooks and all MS Office software (specifically Excel)
* Strong organizational skills that enable you to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
* Creative, organized, and personable.

Responsibilities

The office manager provides critical support to our executive team and the company at large.

* Accounting, including data entry and associated tasks required to perform AP / AR / Payroll
* Basic Human Resources generalist responsibilities such as policies and payroll.
* Organization and maintenance of project documentation, including releases.

* Creating and implementing organizational systems for project management, order processing,
* Standard office duties – communications, paper, and digital filing systems
* Scheduling of trades and equipment rentals
* Ability to communicate with our client's accountants and Project Managers.
