Job Title: *Assembly Technician (II Shift) - (USC only)*
Pay Rate: *$30 to $34/HR*
Duration: *12 months*
Location: *Oxnard, CA*

working with parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies*
* *Ability to lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds*
* *Reading and understanding blueprints/schematics*
*Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (1:30-11 pm)* and weekends.
Maybe on the first shift temporarily for training purposes
*Primary Responsibilities:*
* Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in *set-up *and *calibration* tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of *parts, components, subassemblies, *and *final assemblies*
* Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct online adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment
* Utilize measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, and tape measures for fabricating hardware
* Reading and understanding *manufacturing blueprints *and shop planning
*Education:*
* High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of additional education and/or related experience
* *Must be a USC*
* Ability to *lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds*
* Ability to be on feet for up to various hours each day
