Concrete Foreman

```Duties``` - Leading a crew team.
- Taking notes on tasks completed daily.
- Keeping track of employees on site, scheduling and hours worked.
- Perform various tasks related to concrete construction, including but not limited to: - Pouring and finishing concrete - Operating concrete equipment and tools - Assisting with the installation of concrete forms and rebar - Mixing and pouring concrete according to specifications - Leveling and smoothing freshly poured concrete - Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment ```Experience``` - Previous experience in concrete construction or a related field is preferred - Familiarity with managing construction projects and using construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera is a plus - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents - Knowledge of budgeting and estimating processes, including the use of software like HeavyBid - Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols in a construction environment - Ability to supervise and direct the work of other laborers on the job site Note: While the provided keywords include skills like "manage" and "budgeting," these are more relevant to higher-level positions such as Construction Manager or Project Manager.
