We are looking for a Deputy Program Manager to join our team! The Deputy Program Manager will support programs within the Teledyne Imaging Sensors (TIS) Program Office, including organizing interdepartmental (Engineering and Manufacturing Operations) activities to ensure completion of the program on schedule and within budget from project initiation through delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Program Execution:
Will assist with cost, schedule and technical performance of programs and projects
Work with Program Managers(PM) to develop program plans (resource loaded schedules and budgets) and track progress/performance using metrics
Collaborates with Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supplier Management and Contracts in the execution of various TIS programs
Provides exceptional customer service and support to TIS customers by assisting PMs with ensuring responsiveness to requests for proposal, product return authorizations, and action items
Interacts with technical internal personnel and external customers in all matters including contracts, finance, accounting and procurement
Frequently works with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data
Qualifications & Competencies

Possess strong communication/presentation skills and be able to work effectively with diverse personalities and various levels of management
Logical thinking skills and mathematical calculation skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct, and performs work cognizant of safe work practices
Advanced computer proficiency level using MRP/ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and MS Project
Education and/or Experience
Associate’s or B.
S.
with three (3) years of experience in high technology.
Knowledge of infrared focal plane array technology and semiconductor device physics and operation a plus
Citizenship Requirements
Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.

Citizen.
