Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for maintaining standards across the post- harvest production facility, supporting, and implementing the standards that the Post Harvest Manager assigns and working side by side with the Dry Room Tech and Supervisor.
This includes proper documentation & product control with exceptional understanding of product identification.
The quality assurance lead will keep records of climate control settings and the monitoring of moister percentage and water activity for all internal harvest, as well as making weekly quality reports that will be presented via the weekly grading meeting.

_ · Maintains records of Document Control · Perform qualitative analysis of product on intake from cultivation and on outtake for processing.
· Perform analysis with proper equipment provided · Daily temperature/humidity check in dry rooms and reporting any issues to Supervisor.
· Knowledgeable in making PowerPoint reports.
· Performs work in quality fashion.
· Communicates any issues immediately to supervisor.
· Understand and follow safety rules, standards, practices, and policies.
· Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practices systems.
· Report discovered defects in all relevant departments for correction.
· Responsible for ensuring product and regulatory requirements are met.
· Perform other work as assigned.
· Must maintain satisfactory attendance.
· Assist on performing other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience · High school or GED.
· Requires 3 years of related experience.
· Experience with Cannabis related equipment.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, and mathematical skills.
Required: · Must be 21+ years of age · Bilingual preferred · Able to work independently and in a team environment · Ability to maintain a positive attitude · Authorized to work in the United States · This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week · Attention to detail.
· Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
· Strong organization and time management skills.
· Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills · This role consists of working 40 hours a week and to have the flexibility to change due to production needs.
