The Warehouse Associate will assist the Supervisor and Lead in the day-to-day activities associated with the implementation of a predetermined warehouse strategy for the Supply Chain Organization.
The individual will partner with the Supervisor and Lead and coordinate their activities to ensure Shipping, Receiving, Kitting and Inventory Control activities are timely and in support of internal and external customers.
Pay Rate: $19.
15 - $24.
03 Ideal candidates will have availability to work between the hours of 7:00am and 6:30pm as needed.
This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the potential for full time hire after 90 days.

Primary Responsibilities: Participates in daily warehouse operations associated with raw material, components, and finished goods.
Partners with the Warehouse Supervisor and Lead to expedite and mitigate supply constraints and shortages.
Coordinate activities with the Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead and support the processing of shipments to and from PBS.
Aids and supports the execution of shipping and receiving activities to and from the PBS warehouse to ensure key metrics are met.
Participates in the kitting of production work orders and fulfillment of parts requisitions supporting the manufacturing function of PBS.
Assists with both Pre-Gammo and Post-Gumma packaging and processing.
Responsible for data entry and maintenance of supply chain information in the GSS ERP system, as well as GS Mobile.
Interacts with the needed GSS Workshop Groups, Reports and Dashboards to perform Warehouse Operations on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis.
Maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
Responsible for executing periodic inventory audits/cycle counts in coordination with Supply Chain or Finance.
Supports the maintenance of inventory accuracy at or above an expected standard by applying the needed inventory control checks and balances.
Supports and promotes compliance with PBS Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
Maintain records and file paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
Completes all directed training on new SOPs or programs within the allotted timeframe.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as needed or required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The following are the minimum qualifications that an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.
Knowledge/ Experience: Highschool diploma, associate degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics is required.
Minimum 1-3 years of supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, or directly related experience, preferably in a biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device or life sciences setting.
Technical expertise working with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, bar-code-based transactions, and RF Gun experience.
Experience with GSS a plus.
Skills/ Abilities Pertinent to This Position: Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
Adaptable to changing priorities and multiple work demands.
Ability to work independently or within a team dynamic involving multiple departments.
Ability to use a forklift.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint programs.
Quick learner with the ability to perform detailed work at a high level of accuracy.
