*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Fabricate, build, and install the following from sheets of galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, pre-painted metals and other materials:
➢ Metal Roofs➢ Gutter Systems➢ Copping Metal➢ Chimney caps and saddles➢ Roof flashings (e.
g.
Z-bar, tile pans, top flashings, saddles, etc.
)➢ Ornamental roof objects➢ Bay window caps➢ Deck door pans➢ Custom requests➢ Identify electrical, roof, environmental, and safety hazards.
* Ensure job site and warehouse is always maintained clean and safe.
Make sure waste is disposed ofproperly and tools are loaded back into the vehicle.
* Attending mandatory team meetings and training sessions (i.
e.
, products, safety, installation methods)
* Above all provide exceptional customer experience to all clientele.
* Lead a small installation crew to successfully install aforementioned items correctly and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
* Must have gutter installation 5 years experience
*Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:*
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Ability to complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision.
* Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand build and/or installation assignments.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Must be able to work independently and carry out assignments to completion with minimal instruction.
* Attention to detail, quality, and safety.
