Residential Electrician

Overview: We are seeking licensed journeyman Electricians for prevailing wage multifamily residenital projects.
Must possess 3+ years experience in multifamily residential construction.
Must possess State of California certification as journeyman electrician (residential or commercial certification acceptable).
This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential settings - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents - Perform electrical installations during new construction or renovation projects - Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs - Test electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Skills: - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents - Experience with multifamily residential electrical work - Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant regulations - Skilled in using hand tools and power tools specific to the trade If you are a skilled Electrician looking for a fun opportunity with room for growth, we encourage you to apply.
