Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full-time maintenance technician with expertise in building maintenance and repairs.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in general handyman tasks, including the ability to fix, replace, demo, refinish, paint, perform basic electrical repairs, replace fixtures, plumbing, and roofing, and manage special projects.
Need to be a team player with a can-do attitude.
Applicants must possess a reliable truck or van and their own hand and power tools.
Mileage should be tracked for reimbursement.
