com There you will download the petition, print it, correctly fill it out then mail it to the address in Sacramento.
The deadline is February 5th, 2024.
The petition must be received in Sacramento on or before the 5th of February.
The Repeal of the Death Tax is of importance not only to those who may inherit a property or business but to all who rent a home or apartment owned by someone who inherits it.
The current law requires a property tax reassessment at a much higher rate which can be financially crushing.
For those who can't handle the higher tax, the property could be sold or the rent could be raised.
Please help if you can.
