Rehersal Space Wanted - $20 (Ventura)

Looking for a rehearsal space in Ventura for a band.
Does not have to be fancy, just a place we can be loud.
We are all older (35+), have kids, and play indie-rock, so we won't be smoking, or leaving trash, etc.
We know how to be respectful of other people's places.
I am happy to provide you samples of our music or let you know a little more about who we are.
Willing to pay up to $20/hr, hoping to stay within Ventura, and practice 1 or 2 times a week, typically on weekday evenings from ~7-9pm.
