Pacific Antenna Systems, an industry leading designer and manufacturer of Satcom, Line of Sight, Radar and Communications antenna systems, is rapidly growing.
We are seeking to expand our accounting team.
*Cost Accountant - Government Contracts*
*Responsibilities:*
· Support development and submission of Forward Pricing Rate Proposals, Provisional Billing Rates, Incurred Cost Submissions, interface and support DCAA and DCMA audits
· Support DCMA and DCAA proposal audits affecting actual cost requests and review of proposal rates including material/labor escalations, scrap/rework factors and Weighted Fee Guidelines
· POC for FAR Cost Estimating, Accounting System and Timekeeping reviews
· Prepare briefings and present to Program Finance, Finance and Executive management
· Responsible for maintaining the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system cost accounting module to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
· Maintain and Review Standard Costs.
· Maintain and report on inventory, raw materials, work-in-process and finished goods.
· Responsible for generating month-end A/P and A/R Invoicing
· Full accounting/bookkeeping functions in QuickBooks
· Other Inventory projects as they arise.
*Qualifications:*
Experience in Aerospace and Defense or related industry
Experience with FAR, DFARS, CAS and government contracting and cost principles
Familiar with FFP, CPFF, and T&M contracts
Cost Accounting and Bookkeeping Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred but not required with relevant experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry)
