*_ Adriana’s Income Tax Services is searching for a detail-oriented tax preparer to assist with tax planning and filing in a full-time role.
This person will help meet tax deadlines seamlessly, from organizing relevant documents to conducting thorough reviews of potential tax scenarios.
The ideal candidate has experience in accounting or tax preparation and is committed to remaining up to date with changes in tax law.
The tax preparer should also have aptitudes to educating others and implementing well-planned strategies to improve our tax filing practices.
*Responsibilities* * Prepare personal and corporate tax returns * Bookkeeping from client-supplied records * Assistance with financial statements preparation and other corporate client matters *Required skills and qualifications* * Experience in Personal tax returns * Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information * Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills * Strong understanding of a client-focused environment, including related deadlines and the ability to work to meet those deadlines * Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and accuracy * Building relationships and connections with clients * Good customer service with friendly personality * *Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required* *Application Information* * Positive work environment * Collective and individual trainings * Health, dental, vision and life insurance * 401K plan * Paid vacation * Growth opportunities * Pay rate: $18-$22/hour, DOE * Monthly commissions, subject to change and based on accuracy of projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
